Looking back in my walk with Christ there are people who have influenced me the most. I ask myself why am I a Christian. It is because of these people, they did not tell me the nuts and bolts of Christianity they were the nuts and bolts.
1. Andy Hunt (former youth group leader my junior year)
2. Milt Monson (handed out Christian books/tracks and stuff, passed away in 1997)
3. Eber Pennington (youth group leader my senior year)
4. George Biggerstaff (he introduced me to Jesus way back in 1986)
5. Charles Noss (former pastor at FBC Wilmington, I loved his sermons)
6. Anthoney Pennington (Sunday School teacher senior year)
7. Johnie Ray Pennington (Sunday School teacher and my first boss)
8. Kevin Dempsay (great encourager)
9. Ralph Imrie (candy man, head usher at FBC Wilmington, passed away in 1993)
10. Chuck Richardson (pastor at FCC Morris, I love his sermons)
11. Al Scott (Kevin and Jason's dad, He always had a smile on his face, passed away with cancer in 1999)
12. Avery Wilson (pastor at FBC Coal City, I miss our long talks about life and christanity)
13. Kevin Scott (Great friend and encourager, was in our wedding)
14. Jason Scott (Another great friend and encourager, my best man)
15. David Huston (Took me under his wing when we were trustee's at FBC Wilmington)
16. Ralph Taylor (inventer of the backward drill bit, passed away with cancer in 2005)
17. Matt Huston (Great friend, I miss our spiritual talks at the ski trip cabin)
18. Taylor Downer (Great friend and brother operator, deep spiritual discussions at lunch time, and at work over Nextell)
